New ideas

As an engineer I learned that people's happiness depends on creating value — combining heart, method and new ideas.

I help people and organizations prepare for the future through ethical change. Twenty years of field work, over 200 nonprofits, one conviction: ethics comes first.

Discover the approach ↓

A curious and rigorous engineer who believes in the possibility of continuously improving people and organizations.

My background is engineering — logic, numbers, systems, PDCA cycles. But twenty years of working alongside nonprofits taught me something that textbooks don't say clearly: tools and methods only work when the people using them understand why they matter, and feel it.

This is why my approach rests on three equally weighted pillars: ethics as foundation, scientific rigor as method, and creativity as the engine of change. Not three separate things — a multiplication. If one factor is zero, the result is zero.

The goal, always, is the happiness of the people involved. Not as a slogan. As a measurable outcome.

Ethics · Method · Innovation

♡

Ethics first

Ethics is not a constraint. It is the infrastructure on which everything else is built. Before strategy, before tools, before measurement: who are we and what are we not willing to give up?

⚙

Rigorous method

Clear ideas, structured analysis, measurable indicators. The engineering mindset applied to organizational change — without losing sight of the human complexity behind every process.

✦

Continuous innovation

Organizations are living organisms. The work is never finished. What worked yesterday may not work tomorrow — and that is not a problem, it is the starting point for something better.

The F.R.E.S. method

Future Readiness Ethical Score & Action Plan. A framework developed over twenty years of field work to help organizations understand where they are, where they want to go, and what is actually holding them back.

Factor 01
Good Cause

A clear vision and a value proposition that is still relevant. Why does this organization exist, and for whom?

Factor 02
Execution capacity

Strategy, resources, people, internal organization, innovation. The ability to actually do what you say you will do.

Factor 03
Internal context

Climate, rules, involvement, organizational resilience. The invisible forces that determine whether change takes root or dies.

Factor 04
Adaptability

Financial resilience and operational flexibility. The capacity to evolve without losing identity.

The book

Twenty years of work alongside over 200 organizations. What I learned is not a framework — it is a vision of the world. A book about what it really means to prepare for the future, told through the people and the failures that taught me the most.
